Louisiana Chicken Fry -Fried Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1KG Chicken Pieces

  • 40g (5 T) Louisiana Chicken Fry Batter Mix (for batter)

  • 40g (5 T) Louisiana Chicken Fry Batter Mix (for dry flour coating)

  • 1/2 cup (125ML) of water

  • peanut or vegetable oil, for frying

Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix 5 Tbsp. of Chicken Fry Batter with 1/2 cup of water.

    • Dip Chicken Pieces into this batter.

  • In a second bowl; coat the chicken pieces in further (dry) Chicken Fry flour.

  • Deep or Shallow fry Chicken pieces at 180 degrees C until an internal temperature of 75 degrees C is reached and Chicken is golden brown.
