Louisiana Chicken Fry -Fried Chicken
Ingredients
1KG Chicken Pieces
40g (5 T) Louisiana Chicken Fry Batter Mix (for batter)
40g (5 T) Louisiana Chicken Fry Batter Mix (for dry flour coating)
1/2 cup (125ML) of water
peanut or vegetable oil, for frying
Preparation
In a bowl, mix 5 Tbsp. of Chicken Fry Batter with 1/2 cup of water.
Dip Chicken Pieces into this batter.
In a second bowl; coat the chicken pieces in further (dry) Chicken Fry flour.
Deep or Shallow fry Chicken pieces at 180 degrees C until an internal temperature of 75 degrees C is reached and Chicken is golden brown.
